In the wake of yesterday's The Walking Dead (2010) season 6 return, I have come across a hilarious (and well made) video I would care to share with you all. Ever since Friends (1994) finished back in 2004, fans around the globe have been mashing up their new favourite TV shows with its unique and catchy introduction sequence.
Today is no different, with the guys over at The Woodcreek Faction making their own version a la Walking Dead style. You wouldn't think it would be as funny as it is, given the amount of death that occurs on the show, but prepare to be proven wrong with heads splattering left, right, and centre in time to the lyrics. Rick runs, screams, and shoots his way through the opening lyrics that 'so no-one told you life was gunna be this way', and the piece ends in a great montage started by the finger to the burning house Daryl and Beth give.
But my personal favourite of all the moments though has to go to the 'when it hasn't been your day, your week, your month, or even your year' lyrics, each one timed with an escalating death that brings the feels. It's a beautiful clip, and a great way to start your Tuesday, so check it out below, before tuning in next Sunday for the latest Walking Dead episode.
